Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers. You will need to effectively explain products/services, address customer queries, and generate interest in the offerings. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, following up with potential leads to ensure sales conversion and achieving or exceeding targets are key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must be proficient in Hindi and at least one South Indian language, with priority given to Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills are essential for engaging with customers and handling sales conversations and objections effectively. A target-driven and self-motivated attitude will be beneficial in meeting and surpassing sales goals. While prior experience in tele sales or customer support is not mandatory, it is considered a good-to-have qualification. An understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies can enhance your performance in this role. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure will also contribute to your success as an Inside Sales Executive.,
