Telecallers

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Contact and follow up with leads generated through Instagram and Facebook ads.
• Explain clinic treatments, services and offers to prospective patients.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and clinic visits.
• Follow up with interested and pending leads regularly.
• Coordinate appointment bookings with the clinic team.
• Maintain daily lead records and follow-up updates in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly appointment conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and patient-friendly approach.

Preferred: Experience in hospitals, dermatology clinics or aesthetic clinics.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
