Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 Per Month + Attractive Incentives (Fix Salary)

Key Responsibilities

• * Calling customers for overdue payments
• * Follow-up & collection of pending amounts
• * Explaining dues/payment options
• * Updating payment records
• * Handling customer queries

Required Skills

• Excellent Communication Skills In Hindi And English.
• Strong Customer Service And Relationship Management Abilities.
• Good Follow-Up, Coordination, And Interpersonal Skills.
• Basic Computer Knowledge Including MS Office, Email, And CRM Systems.
• Ability To Multitask And Work In A Target-Oriented Environment.
• Positive Attitude, Confidence, And Problem-Solving Mindset.
• Strong Listening And Convincing Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• * Min 10th pass (12th/Graduate preferred)
• * Good communication & negotiation skills
• * Basic computer knowledge
• * Experience in collections/telecalling preferre
