Telecaller – Website & Digital Marketing Services

Job Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and generate business leads.
• Contact businesses that need a new website or website redesign.
• Promote website development, e-commerce websites, SEO and digital marketing services.
• Explain our services to potential clients and arrange meetings with interested customers.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily calling records and lead follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert interested prospects into paying clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident speaking on phone and convincing potential customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in telecalling, sales or lead generation will be preferred.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
