Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and generating leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide appropriate information. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, or sales. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide feedback to the team leader or manager for process improvement. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: –6 month to 2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service . Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages required]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
