Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our interior design team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our services, and setting up appointments for our design team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries. Explain our interior design services, process, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales/design team. Maintain a database of customer information and follow-up records. Handle basic client queries related to design, timelines, and packages. Coordinate with the sales, design, and marketing teams for lead management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals. Provide daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments booked. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in (English/Tamil/Hindi/) Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections professionally. Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus (training can be provided).
