Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing education consultancy team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for calling potential students and parents, explaining available B.Tech admission options, and converting leads into confirmed admissions for top colleges across India. Key Responsibilities:Call daily leads provided by the company Explain the admission process, college options (like SRM, Amrita, Mahindra, RV, VIT, etc.) Answer queries regarding fees, courses, and campus facilities Maintain records of calls and follow-ups using Excel/Google Sheets Follow up with interested leads until closure Coordinate with the admissions team for counseling appointments Maintain polite and professional communication
