The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or inside sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products and services. Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or customer inquiries. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions and provide information. Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English . Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Confident, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
