Explain and pitch our services: E-commerce Seller Account Management || Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM) || Website Design & Development Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. Follow up via phone/email to convert leads into paying clients. Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in CRM. Coordinate with marketing & technical teams for smooth onboarding. Who We’re Looking For: Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling. Confident and proactive with a strong closing attitude. Must be a team player and quick learner. Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
