Urgently Hiring for Tele Caller Associate *FEMALE REQUIRED ONLY * Location - Gurgaon Sec - 67 Working Days - 5.5 ( 2nd & 4th Sat off ) Company - Event Management Process - Domestic Timing - 10:30 to 6:30 pm Required - Must have good communication skills Experience- 06 months to 2 yrs Salary - upto 3 lac per annum Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, orders, and issues. • Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions. • Follow up on leads and inquiries to drive sales and customer engagement. • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless order processing. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a telecalling/customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends. • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
