Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to explain the loan services offered, answering inquiries, and guiding clients through the loan application process. They will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensure follow-up, and work closely with loan advisors to facilitate timely loan approvals. The role also involves providing end-to-end support from the initial application to disbursement.
