We offer sales & service of TVS 2 wheelers in the specified location and have been authroised by TVS to carry out this activity. Job Description: Telecaller - Ganesh Motors Position: Telecaller Location: Chennai Salary: Freshers: 10,000 per month Experienced: Up to 15,000 per month Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome) Job Responsibilities: Contacting potential customers to promote products and services. Handling inbound and outbound calls related to Bike sales, service bookings, tyer inquiries, and accessories. Providing information about the latest offers, discounts, and services. Assisting customers with test drive bookings, home pick-up, and drop-off services. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating details in the system. Meeting daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions. Skills Required: Good communication skills (English, Tamil, or Hindi). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Benefits: Training and career growth opportunities. Friendly and supportive work environment.
