Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Follow up with customers regarding overdue gold loan payments.
* Conduct recovery and collection follow-ups.
* Contact customers for pending interest payments and margin shortfalls.
* Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
* Convince and negotiate with customers for timely payments.
* Maintain daily calling reports and update CRM records.
* Achieve assigned calling, collection, and recovery targets.
* Maintain good customer relationships and ensure professional customer handling.
Candidate Requirements
* Female candidates preferred.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred.
* Experience in Customer Support / Telecalling / Banking / NBFC / Collections is preferred.
* Basic understanding of gold loan products and interest calculations.
* Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
