The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales and marketing teams by generating quality leads and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services. Understand and explain pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products effectively. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details. Coordinate with internal departments for product or service-related queries. Maintain a professional and courteous approach on calls. Candidate Profile: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Educational background in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm is mandatory . Good communication skills in [Insert Preferred Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati]. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
