Sales Executive – IT Solutions (Zoho Products) | TekyDoct We are looking for a results-driven and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 2 year of experience - Zoho products Sales or in SaaS industry to become a part of our growing team, fulltime in Chennai under a hybrid work setup. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Drive sales of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, and other Zoho applications to businesses. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions from TekyDoct’s product and service along with Zoho solutions offerings. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support when required. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Stay updated on Zoho product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the market. Lead Generation: - Generate leads through networking, industry events, and partnerships. - Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a detailed sales pipeline. - Identify potential clients, conduct product demos, and close deals. - Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into successful deals. Sales Reporting: - Track and report sales performance regularly. - Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies. - Use CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) to manage customer information and sales activities. B2B Sales: - Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred, with the ability to engage and negotiate with corporate clients and business partners. - Develop and implement strategies to target business clients and drive long-term partnerships. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals. - Provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience. Training & Upselling: - Educate clients on Zoho products and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ✔ Minimum of 2 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Zoho Ecosystem or IT/ SaaS industry ✔ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ✔ Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to negotiate with corporate clients. ✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ✔ Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. ✔ Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales. ✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
