There are lots of end points. Micro management and hectic work environment. I don't know how rating increase to 4+ .

Tekion's treatment of its full-time staff is concerning. I've seen colleagues, who were doing their jobs well, suddenly let go with no justification. This lack of job security creates a toxic work environment.

Very bad company indeed. They recruit candidates and fire them according to their own needs. Even after one month they can sack you.

The high turnover of employees at Tekion speaks volumes about the company's approach to job security. If you're seeking a stable career, I'd advise looking elsewhere, as they have a history of removing full-time staff without any warning.

If you value job stability, think twice before joining Tekion. They have a questionable approach to employee retention, as I've witnessed several talented colleagues being unexpectedly removed from their roles.

Joining Tekion as an intern turned out to be a huge mistake. They not only broke their promise of an FTE role but also left us stranded without time to explore other opportunities. This kind of behavior is detrimental to students' careers and lives.

Tekion's practice of terminating college interns after six months is damaging to young professionals' career paths. It's essential for students to be aware of this unethical behavior before considering them as a potential employer.

My experience at Tekion was marked by uncertainty and disappointment. They offered an internship with the possibility of a full-time role, but they reneged on their promise, leaving me in a difficult position.

Loving working here, focus on the task no other thing is necessary. Release date is a big deal. No fixed office hours. Lovely people, much to learn.
