Architect /Interior Designer must have minimum 1 years experience with a Reputed firm, Especially in luxury Residential Architecture and interiors design, Architecture experience in designing and executing large Bungalow projects/ Large Residential apartment interiors Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Sketchup ,Vray all three are must . To review, in-depth , the drawings issued by Architects, structural consultants and other consultants to ensure Legacy design standards are incorporated and that all drawing related errors/omissions are corrected prior to release of GFC drawings. To prepare In-house design drawings for finishes_ for flooring and dado in typical apartments and common areas. A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project. A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion. Desired Candidate Profile Should have experience of 1 years and above in Designing and executing Large apartment & Bungalow projects.
