Location: Kuwait and Remote Job Type: Full-time/Work from Home About Us TechTree Solutions is a fast growing technology company based in Kuwait mostly focusing on Point of Sale and ERP Software, GPS tracking Devices and Hardware products. As part of our expansion plan, we are launching a new to WhatsApp Chatbot application. We provide cutting-edge automated messaging solutions for businesses on WhatsApp and other platforms, enabling them to enhance customer engagement, automate sales, and streamline support. Our business model is focused on providing a powerful, yet user-friendly, platform similar to www.wati.io, www.growby.net, https://watheta.com/, www.wabis.in, etc. backed by exceptional, hands-on customer support. The Role We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Chatbot & Automation Support Specialist to be a foundational member of our team. This is not a typical support role. You will be the primary technical contact for our clients, acting as a consultant, builder, and troubleshooter. You will be responsible for understanding a client's business needs (whether they are in e-commerce, services, real estate, or any other segment) and translating those needs into effective, automated chatbot flows on our platform. Your ultimate goal is to ensure our customers are successfully onboarded, their bots are functioning perfectly, and they are getting maximum value from our service. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through the entire setup process, including WhatsApp Business API verification, number setup, and initial platform training. 2. Chatbot Flow Design & Implementation: 3. Consult with clients to understand their customer journey and business logic. 4. Use our no-code/low-code visual flow builder to design, build, test, and deploy sophisticated automated conversations. 5. Create flows for various use cases, such as lead qualification, appointment booking, FAQs, and customer support. 6. E-commerce & Catalog Setup: Assist clients in setting up and managing their WhatsApp E-commerce catalogs, connecting products, and configuring automated messages for orders and abandoned carts. 7. Technical Integration: 8. Configure webhooks to send data from the chatbot to third-party applications (like CRMs, Google Sheets, or internal databases). 9. Assist clients with basic API integrations to connect our platform with their existing software stack (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot). 10. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: 11. Serve as the first point of contact for technical support queries. 12. Diagnose and resolve issues related to bot flows, message delivery, and integrations. 13. Manage the hand-off from a bot to a human agent using our live chat dashboard. 14. Proactive Success Management: 15. Monitor client bot performance and proactively suggest improvements. 16. Assist clients with setting up and optimizing WhatsApp broadcast and marketing campaigns. 17. Create and maintain help documentation and video tutorials for common tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant technical certifications (e.g., in cloud platforms, CRM, or specific software) and demonstrable hands-on experience are highly valued and will be considered in lieu of a formal degree Proven Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing chatbots on a major platform (e.g., Wati, Gupshup, ManyChat, Dialogflow, wati, wabis.in, or similar). Technical Proficiency: · Strong understanding of the WhatsApp Business API ecosystem and its capabilities/limitations. · Crucial: Demonstrable experience working with Webhooks and connecting services via APIs. · Logical Mindset: The ability to think like a programmer—mapping out complex conditional logic (if-then-else) and user journeys in a visual builder. · Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. You must be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users patiently. · Problem-Solver: A natural troubleshooter who is resourceful and can find solutions to new and unexpected challenges. · Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Nice to Have * Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). * Experience with popular CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). * Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies. * Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., JavaScript or Python) for more advanced integrations.
