The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging students through effective teaching methodologies, contributing to curriculum development, mentoring students, and fostering a stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities: * Curriculum Development and Delivery: * Develop, review, and update comprehensive course curriculum, syllabi, and teaching materials for various subjects within Hospital Administration * Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and seminars using a variety of teaching methodologies, including case studies, discussions, presentations, and practical exercises. * Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies effectively to enhance the learning experience. * Student Engagement and Assessment: * Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. * Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, presentations, and practical evaluations. * Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress. * Institutional Contribution: * Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum review committees, and other academic and administrative activities. * Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the overall quality and coherence of academic programs. * Assist in student recruitment and placement activities. * Continuously enhance teaching skills and subject matter expertise through ongoing professional development. * Participate in workshops, seminars, and training programs to stay abreast of pedagogical innovations and industry advancements. Qualifications: * Education: A [Specify Minimum Requirement - e.g., Master's Degree, PhD] in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health with a specialization in Healthcare Management, or a closely related field. * Experience: [ e.g., Minimum of 2-3 years] of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in Hospital Administration or a related discipline.
