Role Description This is a full-time, in-office telecalling role for a Sales Executive located in Panchkula. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, prospecting potential clients, and meeting sales targets. The role involves conducting presentations and demonstrations of our services, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling is also essential. Qualifications MBA in Sales Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in IT or software sales is a plus
