Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company: Technowire Data Science Private Limited Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Your mission is to create meaningful connections with potential clients and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media. - Qualify inbound leads and identify potential sales opportunities. - Research and understand client needs to tailor outreach strategies. - Set up meetings and demos for the sales team. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales pipeline progress. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. - Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. What We’re Looking For - 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in B2B). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to build relationships and handle objections. - Goal-driven, resilient, and self-motivated to meet targets. - Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpSpot, etc.) is a plus. -- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
