Your day will involve ensuring operational stability, creating and implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow and enhancing overall service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system configurations and procedures. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in network infrastructures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to implement and manage network security measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
