As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation strategies and capabilities to guide the organization towards its target state. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive roadmaps covering infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process aspects. Your role involves analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to align strategies with organizational goals. In this position, you are expected to work independently, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively participate in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders, as well as develop and maintain documentation related to technology strategies and roadmaps. Key Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of technology transformation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing technology roadmaps. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture is required. - The position is based at the Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education qualification is necessary.,
