Technology Lead-Senior Developer

Role Overview: As a senior developer with 8+ years of experience in Mendix and React Native technologies, you play a crucial role in defining problems, proposing solutions, and guiding project processes. Your expertise in application development, configuration, and deployment is vital in shaping value-adding consulting solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Work in a team to develop applications and services using Agile methods. - Build customer-facing UI and back-end services with low latency, high availability, and performance. - Mentor and technically assist the team, inspiring them to achieve their goals. - Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and QA to define, design, and implement new features. - Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and enhance application performance. - Continuously explore and implement new technologies to boost development efficiency. - Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and identify risks with contingency plans.
