Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities to guarantee high levels of service in the technology domain for our clients. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, understanding client needs in detail, and translating them into system requirements. Additionally, you will be instrumental in estimating work requirements accurately to provide essential information to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Your contributions will be vital in developing efficient programs/systems, especially for clients undergoing digital transformation journeys. You will be tasked with developing and delivering web-based applications with high code quality, working closely with creative teams for high fidelity implementations, and analyzing and recommending performance optimizations while ensuring code security best practices. Debugging and troubleshooting live applications will also fall under your responsibilities. Key qualifications for this role include experience in building scalable and high-performance software systems, a strong understanding of HTTP, Web Performance, SEO, Web Standards, Web Services, REST, MapReduce, Message Queues, Caching Strategies, and database management systems like RDBMS and NoSQL. Proficiency in Web Security, Cryptography, and Security Compliance such as PCI and PII is essential. You will be expected to scope and draft Technical Design and Requirements Documents, create detailed technical requirements with architectural guidance, and collaborate with project managers to define sound technical requirements outlining architecture and tasks for project development. You will also be responsible for reviewing code, defining stories and tasks for implementation, possessing knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs, and hands-on experience in Service-Oriented Architecture. The ability to lead solution development, design high-level and low-level documents, and understand SDLC are highly valued. Awareness of the latest technologies, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, team management, communication, technical proficiency in mobile and web technologies, strong front-end development skills, and decision-making capabilities are all integral to this role.,
