We’re Hiring: Sales Associate (Early Career – Tech Sales) We are looking for a driven Sales Associate who wants to build a long-term career in sales, not someone exploring sales temporarily. Experience Required: 6–12 months in Tech Sales (IT / SaaS / Services) Location Preference: Pune – Warje / Kothrud / Bavdhan (Offline + Remote / Hybrid) What We’re Looking For: • Strong, fluent and clear communication • Excellent listening skills and high activity in conversations • Ability to create INFLUENCE and trust through words • Confidence to make conversations engaging and meaningful • Strong focus on relationship-building, not just closures • DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, and ACCOUNTABILITY are non-negotiable • Sales must be your long-term career choice Expectations (Very Important): • You take initiative and show up on your own • You learn quickly and implement fast • If something fails, you learn, fix, and iterate • You share daily updates and reporting proactively • You take full ownership of your work and outcomes • We should not have to chase you for updates What You’ll Get: • ₹15,000 base + incentives per project • Strong, practical sales training with real-world application • Exposure to complete tech sales cycles • Direct reporting to the Sales Head Note : Compensation and role growth will be revised quickly based on performance and consistency If you believe you can INFLUENCE people with words, take full ACCOUNTABILITY, and grow seriously in sales, we’d like to hear from you.
