Coordinate with the project team to complete all site activities within the planned timeline. Communicate daily work updates to the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure smooth progress tracking. Understand client requirements clearly and execute the work according to their expectations. Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials based on client needs and urgent priority jobs. Review and interpret engineering drawings including P&ID. P&ID knowledge is an added advantage for identifying process flow, equipment connections, and system layouts. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems at the site. Ensure all work is carried out as per safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow continuity. Identify site issues early, propose solutions, and escalate when required. Maintain documentation such as daily reports, material usage, and inspection records. Support QA/QC activities and participate in inspections with clients or consultants.
