Techno Functional Consultant - L2

The role aims to provide solutions by bridging the gap between technology and business expertise in order to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for various tasks including driving end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, checking the feasibility of change requirements, and providing optimal solutions within set timelines. Your role will involve providing techno-functional support for new business implementations, supporting the solutioning team throughout the project lifecycle, and implementing ERP technology solutions. Your responsibilities will also include customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products using coding, testing, and production techniques. You will be expected to implement business processes and requirements into ERP solutions, provide product support and maintenance, as well as create and deploy automation tools for process optimization. Additionally, you will need to understand both functional and technical designs and provide appropriate guidance to internal teams and clients. In terms of skill development, you will be required to clear Wipro exams and internal certifications, attend training sessions and seminars to enhance your functional and technical knowledge, and contribute by writing papers, articles, and case studies. The performance parameters for this role include contribution to customer projects, automation initiatives, and skill upgradation metrics as outlined in the deliverables section. Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Vmware VDI, and the desired experience level is 8-10 years.
