Techno Functional Business Analyst

• Lead client discovery calls with Sales and gather technical and functional requirements.
• Analyze client JDs, RFPs, and RFIs to identify skills, seniority, modules, and technology requirements.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, dependencies, integrations, data migration, and legacy-system challenges.
• Prepare solution outlines, high-level architecture, effort estimates, proposals, SOWs, and capability decks.
• Recommend engagement models: Staff Augmentation, Fixed-Scope Projects, or Managed Services.
• Coordinate with RMG for resource fitment, profile screening, and interview preparation.
• Conduct or support client demos and maintain reusable proposals, case studies, and templates.
• Ensure complete requirement and scope handover to delivery teams.

Technical Requirements

• API & Integrations:

  REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, third-party integrations, and API documentation.

• Database & Data:

  SQL basics, database schemas, data mapping, data migration, and data validation.
