WE’RE HIRING: TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST – LIFE INSURANCE

Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain experience

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and prepare BRD, BRS and FRS documents.
• Understand Life Insurance products, policy administration, underwriting and policy servicing.
• Coordinate with business, development and testing teams.
• Support product implementation, enhancements, SDLC, UAT and production deployment.
• Use SQL for data validation and understand APIs, web services and integrations.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of total experience, with at least

  3 years as a Life Insurance Business Analyst

  .
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and SDLC.
• Experience with

  Ingenium, Life Asia, McCamish or similar insurance platforms

  is preferred.
• B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
