Technician (Diploma / ITI) (FRESHER) (For car glass fitting company)

Role & Responsibilities

• Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting
• Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting
• Maintaining store hygiene
• Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.
• Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.
• Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.
• Handling Customer
• Resolution of customer complaints
• Adherence of center SOP
• Store Management
• Fresher can app     

Strong leadership and management skills   

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills    

Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

Any/ITI or Diploma Preferred  

0 to 2+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred ACM cum Tech.

ITI/Diploma0-2 Years 1.50 - 2.50 LPA
