Technical Voice Support (US Process)

With 1-3 years of experience in customer support, specifically in a voice support role, you will bring strong problem-solving skills, a patient and empathetic approach to customer service, and the ability to think on your feet. Collaboration with regional stakeholders and the local Indian team will be key to ensuring a seamless customer experience. By maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, contributing to continuous process improvement, and participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices, you will play a vital role in enhancing our support processes and knowledge base.
