As a 16-year pioneering force in e-commerce and the largest distributor of mailboxes across the U.S. with over $250M in all-time revenue, we need a detail-oriented SEO expert who can transform technical issues into opportunities for organic growth across our portfolio of multiple e- commerce websites. This role combines technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration skills, operating in our flexible work-from-home environment while supporting our global SEO operations. Key Responsibilities Technical SEO Management Own and manage the complete SEO issues and warnings pipeline using tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs for multiple e-commerce websites (up to 8-9 sites) Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and prioritize issues affecting site performance across the website portfolio Develop and implement resolution strategies for critical technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile optimization Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scale SEO solutions across multiple websites Monitor and resolve structured data implementation issues to enhance search visibility Balance resources and priorities across multiple websites with varying technical requirements and market focus Issue Resolution Pipeline Create and maintain a structured workflow for identifying, documenting, and resolving technical SEO issues using ClickUp Manage and optimize SEO task workflows in ClickUp to ensure efficient issue resolution processes Develop scalable systems to track and manage SEO issues across multiple e-commerce websites simultaneously Prioritize SEO issues based on impact, urgency, and resource requirements Track and report on issue resolution progress and impact on key performance metrics Coordinate with developers and product data curators to implement technical fixes and optimizations Content Optimization Collaborate with the Site Content Team to ensure all new and existing pages meet or exceed Google's Helpful Content Update (HCU) requirements Provide technical SEO guidance for content development to maximize organic search performance Analyze content performance through technical SEO lens and recommend improvements Support the enhancement of content relevance, authority, and user experience signals Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements Partner with content creators to align technical and content strategies Coordinate with data analysts to measure and report on SEO performance Communicate technical SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Monitoring and Analysis Monitor site performance in search engines and identify potential technical issues proactively Analyze SEO data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain SEO dashboards to track progress and demonstrate impact Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly Conduct ongoing research into SEO best practices and emerging technologies Implement AI-powered solutions to automate routine SEO tasks and enhance analysis capabilities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field 3+ years of experience in technical SEO with demonstrable results in improving organic search performance Advanced knowledge of technical SEO best practices and search engine algorithms, particularly Google's HCU updates Expertise with SEO tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools for managing task pipelines Experience managing technical SEO issue resolution at scale Demonstrated ability to handle SEO for multiple websites simultaneously (portfolio management) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions Experience working with international, preferably US/UK/Australian websites and markets Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences Technical Competencies Proficiency in technical SEO auditing and issue identification Experience with structured data implementation and validation Knowledge of site performance optimization techniques Familiarity with log file analysis for SEO purposes Understanding of international SEO considerations Experience with JavaScript frameworks and their SEO implications Proficiency with project management tools, particularly ClickUp, for managing SEO issue pipelines Expertise in AI tools and workflows for SEO operations and analysis Ability to develop and implement AI integrations to automate routine SEO tasks Research skills to stay current with evolving SEO best practices Benefits Work from the comfort of your home in a fully remote setup Be part of a culturally diverse, inclusive, and innovative team Competitive salary with payment in USD Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Interview Process Overview - Round 1 – Cultural Fit & Basic Screening Round 2 – Technical Interview Round 3 – Technical Assessment Round 4 – HR Discussion How to apply for this opportunity?
