Technical Onboarding Specialist, AECO

Role Overview: As a Technical Onboarding Specialist for Customer Technical Success (CTS) at Autodesk, focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AECO) industries, your role involves serving as a deployment coordinator with both technical expertise and program governance capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining strategic FastTrack Onboarding services. Your primary objective will be to provide technical deployment guidance and best practices to assist customers in adopting Autodesk AECO Solutions. By facilitating discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions and building relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, you will leverage Autodesk Technology to help customers overcome obstacles and accelerate their business outcomes. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Autodesk AECO solutions to offer technical guidance based on best practices for customer adoption of Autodesk technology and achievement of business goals - Design, build, and maintain the strategic Fast Track Onboarding service catalog to enhance customer success and facilitate new product adoption - Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions to decrease deployment and onboarding time, as well as increase Autodesk Solutions usage - Curate, create, and deliver digital content for end-users through 1:1 and 1:Many sessions, ensuring adherence to CTS standards and effectively addressing specific customer challenges - Collaborate with various internal teams to drive deployment efforts and foster strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless execution and support of Fast Track Onboarding Services Qualification Required: - Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industry needs and workflows - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction engineering - Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment - Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative Design is a bonus - Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment - Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and setting appropriate priorities - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical details coherently to diverse audiences - Strong content creation skills for both internal and customer-facing presentations (Note: Omitted additional details about Autodesk company),
