About us
Nylun Global Private Limited is building GST Pilot, a GST compliance and business software for businesses and Chartered Accountant firms across India. It will cover GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, IMS (Invoice Management System), ITC reconciliation, e-invoice, e-way bill, GST ledgers and reports.
Where we are today: the core modules have been developed as an advanced working prototype: a Windows desktop application (Python + Flask) with a cloud licensing and payments system. Our next goal is to make it a stable, secure, production-ready product and launch it to the market, then extend it into a cloud (SaaS) workspace. More products will follow, including audit and accounting software.
This is the most exciting stage to join: you’ll shape the product, the architecture and the team from the ground up.

We are looking for a young, energetic and hands-on Technical Lead who is:

What you will do
- Take GST Pilot from prototype to production: review the existing code, find gaps, and make the product stable, secure, tested and ready for real users.
- Plan and prioritise: turn the product roadmap into clear technical tasks and timelines, and track them to completion.
- Build hands-on with Python (Flask), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQLite and a Windows desktop app (WebView2).
- Strengthen quality: add automated tests, fix bugs, handle errors properly, and improve reliability and performance.
- Prepare for launch: Windows installer, code signing, updates, live payment integration (Razorpay), email and SMS OTP, server setup and security.
- Improve user experience: fast loading, correct layout on all screen sizes, smooth handling of large data, good performance on older computers.
- GST portal integration: make browser automation and API sessions reliable and secure.
- Build the cloud version next: multi-user APIs, PostgreSQL database, secure sync between desktop and cloud, user roles and permissions.
- Lead with AI: use AI coding tools every day (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar) and build AI-assisted ways of working for the whole team.
- Lead the team: plan and assign work to interns and freshers, review their code, train them and help them become productive quickly.
- Work with our Chartered Accountants: turn GST and business requirements into accurate, working features.
- Grow with us: help plan and build new products as the company expands.
Must-have skills
- 6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong Python, our core product language, plus experience in at least one more backend language such as Node.js, Go, Java or C#/.NET.
- Backend frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, Django, Express/NestJS, Gin or similar; good REST API design.
- Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS; any of vanilla JS, React, Angular or Vue.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or SQLite; good SQL and data-modelling skills.
- Experience taking software to production: testing, release, deployment, monitoring and fixing live issues.
- SaaS / cloud: experience building or supporting a multi-user cloud application (login, user roles, hosting on AWS, Azure, GCP or Linux servers).
- AI-first working: proactive, daily use of AI coding tools, with real examples of finishing work faster, and the judgement to check and correct AI-generated code.
- Team leadership: experience guiding interns, freshers or junior developers: task planning, code reviews, training.
- Quality: automated testing (pytest or similar), Git, clean coding practices.
- Security basics: encryption, safe storage of passwords and credentials, authentication, input validation.
- Good communication in English. Telugu or Hindi is a plus.
Good to have
- GST, accounting, tax or fintech software experience: GSTR-1/3B/9, ITC reconciliation, e-invoice, e-way bill, GST portal or GSP APIs.
- Desktop/Windows applications: WebView2, Electron, Tauri, .NET WinForms/WPF, PyInstaller/Nuitka, installers (Inno Setup, MSI).
- Browser automation: Selenium, Playwright or Puppeteer.
- Integrations: payment gateways, SMS gateways (DLT), email services, OAuth / Google sign-in.
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), Linux server management.
- Others: Redis or MongoDB, message queues, Kubernetes, mobile (Flutter / React Native).
- Startup experience: taking a product from idea or prototype to first customers.
No GST knowledge? No problem. Our Chartered Accountants will train you on the GST rules. We value strong engineering skills, attitude and willingness to learn.
