Technical Director - Magento

As the Technical Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth and ensuring the successful technical delivery of consulting services to our valued customers. With a strong background in Magento and Java, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver solutions for complex, global eCommerce and digital implementations. Your experience in working with Fortune 500 customers will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business. Your responsibilities will include driving diversification of our team's skills across various technologies and platforms, ensuring the proper architecture, development, and delivery of solutions, and leading the transformation of talent within the company towards next-gen solutions. With at least 15 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the eCommerce domain, you will provide technical leadership to our India offices, manage customer expectations effectively, and foster communication between sales and development teams. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical background in eCommerce, particularly in the enterprise eCommerce platform Magento, and demonstrate expertise in Java. Experience with related or competing technologies such as BroadVision and Vignette will be considered a plus.
