We are seeking a Technical Content Developer for our EdTech platform to design, develop, and continuously improve industry-aligned software development learning content.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design course curriculum and learning paths for software development programs
Create: Course modules & lesson plans, Presentation decks (PPTs), Hands-on coding labs Assignments, projects, and capstone tasks, MCQs, coding challenges, and assessments Ensure content aligns with job-market and industry standards Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, instructional designers, and product teams
Review learner feedback and update content regularly Ensure clarity, accuracy, and progressive difficulty levels
Maintain content documentation and version control Core Technical Skills Required
Software Development
Java (Core concepts & OOPs) HTML, CSS, JavaScript React JS Node JS & Express JS Flutter Database & Backend
PostgreSQL SQL queries, schema design, CRUD operations REST API concepts and integration Cloud & DevOps Basics of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – any one) DevOps fundamentals
Git & GitHub CI/CD concepts Docker (basic understanding) Deployment workflows Cyber Security
Cyber security fundamentals Web application security basics OWASP Top 10
Secure coding practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with technical documentation tools and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Education and Training industry
• Knowledge of specific technical areas such as software development or hardware engineering
• Experience with content management systems
