Technical & Commercial Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical & Commercial Executive to handle technical and commercial activities, including preparation of quotations, cost estimation, client coordination, tender documentation and project follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of engineering services and good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals and cost estimates for engineering projects.
• Review RFQs (Request for Quotations) and understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to collect project inputs and prepare commercial offers.
• Prepare and maintain quotation records, commercial documents and project-related correspondence.
• Communicate with clients regarding quotations, enquiries, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and technical information.
• Assist in tender preparation, vendor registration and submission of commercial documents.
• Track submitted quotations and follow up with clients for order confirmation.
• Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and work orders.
• Support the business development and project management teams.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / BBA / Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Candidates with knowledge of technical sales, commercial operations or engineering services will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and learning abilities can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements.
