Technical Assistant Civil Engineer (QA/QC)

As a Technical Assistant Civil Engineer (QA/QC) at our company located in Hubli, Karnataka, your primary role will be to support senior civil engineers in various technical and project coordination tasks on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) systems and procedures at construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. To excel in this role, you are required to have a B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality control & Quality Assurance, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting and testing materials and workmanship, documenting quality inspections and test results, and preparing reports such as QA/QC reports, method statements, and inspection test plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold quality standards, review construction drawings and technical submittals, and assist in resolving non-conformance reports and quality-related site issues. Participation in internal audits and third-party inspections will also be part of your duties to ensure compliance with ISO standards, local codes, and client-specific requirements.
