Technical and programmtic SEO

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical & Programmatic SEO Executive to build and scale our organic search presence through programmatic SEO, technical optimization, structured data, and AI-ready content. You will work closely with our data and development teams to create scalable, high-quality, location-specific pages, improve search engine indexation, and enhance Snaphomz’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

Role & responsibilities
1. Programmatic SEO (pSEO) Architecture:

• Excel in: Building scalable URL hierarchies and page templates that can generate 10,000+ neighborhood-specific pages without creating "thin content" or "duplicate content" penalties.
• The Mission: You must map "Head Terms" (e.g., Homes for Sale) with "Modifiers" (e.g., Zoned for Duplex in Ocean Park) to capture users at the exact moment of high-intent research.

2. Advanced Schema & "AI-Readiness"

• Excel in: Implementing complex JSON-LD Schema (Place, RealEstateListing, FAQ, LocalBusiness) so that SnapHomz becomes the "Trusted Source" for Googles AI Overviews and LLMs.
• The Mission: Ensure our data is so structured that AI agents can cite SnapHomz as the primary source for municipal intelligence.

3. Data-to-Content Orchestration

• Excel in: Bridging the gap between raw data (CSV/JSON) and editorial-grade content. You will oversee the logic that tells an AI writer how to describe a neighborhood's "Zoning Yield" or "Tsunami Risk" in a way that feels human and authoritative.
• The Mission: Turn dry municipal stats into the "Tudum-style" narratives that buyers love.

4. Crawl Budget & Index Management

• Excel in: Managing the "Crawl Budget" for a multi-million URL site. You must ensure Google prioritizes our high-value LocalWiki pages and listing pages while ignoring low-value filters or sorted lists.
• Mission: Maintain a 95%+ indexation rate for all "Money Pages."

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Audit & Iterate: Perform weekly technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb to find and fix "leaks" in site authority.
• Collaboration: Work daily with the India Data Team to prioritize which data pillars (Zoning vs. Schools) should be extracted next based on search demand.
• Developer Liaison: Write clear technical requirements (PRDs) for the dev team to implement Server-Driven UI (SDUI) changes or site-speed optimizations.
• Internal Linking: Design the automated "Linking Matrix" that connects the LocalWiki pages to live property listings, passing authority back and forth.
