Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably with enterprise solutions.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Strong SQL DBA, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
  • Excellent customer communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
