The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of GRP/FRP pipes and fittings, PP/HDPE pipes and fittings, and other composite products. Daily tasks include coordinating with installation teams, ensuring quality control, and reporting to management. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Design Draftsman in the FRP/composites industry, proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar), and in-depth knowledge of FRP standards, materials, and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in drafting, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
