The company specializes in custom composite products as per client requirements. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Tamil Nadu for BHEL Project. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of GRP/FRP pipes and fittings, PP/HDPE pipes and fittings, and other composite products. Daily tasks include coordinating with installation teams, ensuring quality control, and reporting to management. Your primary responsibility will be creating detailed technical drawings and designs for FRP products such as storage tanks, pipes, fittings, and grating while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Collaboration with the engineering and production teams to develop accurate and efficient designs, along with reviewing and modifying designs based on feedback and requirements, will be crucial in this role. Maintaining organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation is essential, as is staying updated with the latest FRP standards, materials, and design technologies. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Design Draftsman in the FRP/composites industry, proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar), and in-depth knowledge of FRP standards, materials, and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in drafting, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are also required. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
