We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our software products and services, and generating qualified leads that support the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build relationships over the phone. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company software products and services. Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and address customer questions. Generate qualified leads and schedule product presentations or demos for the sales team. Maintain a detailed database of contacts, call logs, and responses using CRM tools. Follow up on leads consistently to nurture interest and convert into potential opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide regular feedback on customer needs, concerns, and market trends. Ensure clear and professional communication when representing the company. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Confident, positive attitude with a results-driven approach.
