As part of our growth, we are developing an innovative AI-powered HR application, and we are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with a passion for AI to join our team and lead the development of this impactful project. The Full Stack Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement a cutting-edge AI-enabled HR application. This role requires deep technical expertise in full stack development and familiarity with AI/ML integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach to building scalable, user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of an advanced AI-driven HR application, from conceptualisation to deployment. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment with the company's mission. Integrate AI models and algorithms to support complex data processing and analysis for HR-related functionalities. Build and manage scalable, secure backend architectures using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask. Develop responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Integrate third-party APIs and data sources to enrich the application’s functionality. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices in software development. Conduct testing and debugging to optimise performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring of junior developers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications. Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue). Backend expertise with frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails. Experience with AI/ML concepts, especially in data analysis and recommendation systems. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. Can communicate in English and use it in day-to-day activities. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience in AI development or HR tech applications. Knowledge of data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment. Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices in secure application development.
