Role Description This role is for a Private Equity Investment Associate responsible for supporting deal evaluation, execution, and portfolio management activities. In this position, you will assist with financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and investment analysis to support informed decision-making throughout the investment process. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, preparing valuation models, assessing industry trends, and contributing to investment memos and presentations. You will help coordinate due diligence efforts, review operational and financial performance of portfolio companies, and support value-creation initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior team members to evaluate opportunities, monitor investments, and contribute to strategic recommendations. Qualifications Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparables) Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and investment principles Ability to conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing investment materials Proficiency with Excel, financial databases, and presentation tools Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred
