Well maintained IT park with ample parking space for visitors. Tecci Park has good infrastructure and food joints which offer dishes at reasonable price.

Cutted down so many trees, peoples enters in to the office, without ID card.... Floor cleaners, house keeping always fight, so much Tobacco inside the lift. no proper garbage disposals. Food court in ground floor.... You can't get your own food inside sometimes and RATE = HIGH. But QUANTITY+ QULAITY of food = LOW

Decent IT park with good parking space and security. Lack of a proper common food court is a huge disadvantage although there are good restaurants and teashops very nearby outside
