Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter / Marketing Specialist with good communication skills to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench candidates (H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, etc.) to clients and implementation partners across the USA, submitting them to relevant job openings, and driving successful placements. Candidates are expected to be open to learn about IT tools and technologies to gain a better understanding of job descriptions and update resumes accordingly, if required. Working hour: 7PM IST - 1PM IST Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates' profiles proactively to clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners via job boards, email campaigns, and social media. Identify suitable job requirements and apply on behalf of bench candidates across portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and client/vendor platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, implementation partners, and direct clients. Screen job requirements, match candidate profiles, and submit them to relevant job openings. Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups for candidates in the marketing pipeline. Ensure regular updates and communication with both candidates and clients. Negotiate rates and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and legal employment authorizations. Maintain internal documentation and track candidate submissions and job pipeline activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or IT Staffing. Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Diva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/CRM systems. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of successful candidate marketing and placements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with end-client and implementation partner ecosystems in the US IT market. Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
