You will be responsible for identifying potential clients through online research, initiating communication with business owners, and scheduling meetings for product demonstrations. This role directly contributes to the growth of our cloud-based restaurant POS system, RestoGenius . What Youll Do Research potential leads using Google, Google Maps, Social Media, & Business Directories Extract business contact details (email, phone, owner name, location) Make introductions via phone, WhatsApp Business, email or social platforms Schedule meetings with interested business owners for product demo Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/Excel Assist the team during onboarding (business info, menu data, training coordination) Follow up with prospects post-meeting to support conversion What Were Looking For Strong research skills using Google & online tools Excellent communication (phone & messaging etiquette) Confident speaking to business owners & managers Good organisation & documentation skills Ability to work independently with targets Experience in hospitality SaaS, telesales or POS industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
