Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mainpuri. The Telecaller will engage with potential customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, and promote the company's services. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about offerings, addressing queries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets. The role demands excellent communication and persuasion skills to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers. Proficiency in handling sales calls, managing objections, and explaining services persuasively. Ability to manage customer information accurately and utilize CRM tools efficiently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls and meet deadlines. Proficiency in local languages is a plus, and prior experience in telecalling or customer support is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in communication is beneficial. A proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
