IO Platform Testing • Perform functional and regression testing of the IO platform to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Test end-to-end workflows including connectivity, routing logic, delivery status, and platform UI behavior. • Identify, document, and track defects with detailed reproduction steps and impact analysis. • Coordinate with technical and development teams to verify issue resolution and conduct re-testing. • Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with defined product requirements. 2. Data Reporting & Monitoring • Monitor platform traffic, delivery performance, error codes, and system health metrics on a daily basis. • Prepare periodic reports on message volumes, delivery ratios, failures, and latency trends. • Analyze data to identify anomalies, performance issues, or optimization opportunities. • Support stakeholders with actionable insights using data-driven analysis. • Assist in defining and improving reporting dashboards and KPIs. 3. Knowledge Base Creation • Create and maintain structured product documentation, user guides, FAQs, and SOPs. • Document platform workflows, testing procedures, known issues, and resolutions. • Ensure knowledge materials are updated with every product release or change. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users by simplifying complex concepts. • Support internal teams with quick-reference documentation to reduce dependency on manual support. 4. Client Onboarding Support • Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining platform features, workflows, and best practices. • Support clients during initial setup, testing, and go-live phases. • Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth client integration. • Address client queries related to platform usage, reporting, and configurations. • Help gather client feedback and translate it into product improvement suggestions. 5. Platform Analysis & Reporting • Conduct regular analysis of platform performance, feature usage, and client behavior. • Prepare product performance reports for internal reviews and management discussions. • Identify gaps, risks, and enhancement areas based on usage data and client feedback. • Support product managers in roadmap planning with analytical insights. • Contribute to continuous product optimization and scalability planning.
